Loan Products Services

1. Asset Financing loan

Terms Eligibility
  • Favorable Interest rate
  • Rages from 100,000 to 300,000,000=
  • Processing period 48 hours.
  • Maximum period 36 months.
  • Must be a full SACCO member.
  • Possess savings at least 2 times the loan plus shares
  • Any loan amount above times 2 plus shares is guaranteed or secured by collateral.
  • Collateral security for non-salary attached loan.
  • Payslip for salary attached loans.

2. School fees loan

Terms Eligibility
 

 

  • Favorable Interest rate
  • Rages from 100,000 to 50,000,000=
  • Processing period 48 hours.
  • Maximum period 8 months.
  • Must be a full SACCO member.
  • Possess savings at least 2 times the loan plus shares
  • Any loan amount above times 2 plus shares is guaranteed or secured by collateral.
  • Collateral security for non-salary attached loan.
  • Payslip for salary attached loans.

3. Emergency loan

Terms Eligibility
  • Favorable Interest rate
  • Rages from 100,000 to 20,000,000=
  • Processing period 12 hours.
  • Maximum period 6 months.

 
  • Must be a full SACCO member.
  • Possess savings at least 2 times the loan plus shares
  • Any loan amount above times 2 plus shares is guaranteed or secured by collateral.
  • Collateral security for non-salary attached loan.
  • Payslip for salary attached loans.

4. Development loan

Terms Eligibility
  • Favorable Interest rate
  • Rages from 100,000 to 200,000,000=
  • Processing period 48 hours.
  • Maximum period 36 months.

5. Group loan

Terms Eligibility
  • Can be disbursed at a group level.
  • Rages from 100,000 to 200,000,000=
  • Favorable Interest rate
  • Maximum loan period 12 months.

  • Possess savings at least 4 times the savings of the loan plus shares
  • Group resolution to borrow
  • Registration certificate (LC3)
  • Recommendation by LC
  • Group collective guarantee.
  • Joint responsibility.

6. Institutional loan

Terms Eligibility
  • At least 3 months being a member.
  • Loan application fees 15,000=
  • Loan protection fund
  • Rages from 100,000 to 400,000,000=
  • Flexible collateral.
  • Favorable Interest rate
  • Maximum loan period 36 months.

  • Resolution to borrow.
  • Registration certificate (URSB)
  • Operating licence.
  • Possess savings at least 5 times the savings of the loan plus shares.
  • The difference between the loan and savings is guaranteed or secured by the collateral security.
